Arinco appoints Mitch Bagan as new Managed Services Principal to drive growth in cloud-native CoOps

Arinco, an Australian consultancy business with a focus on helping organisations innovate digitally and make the most of cloud-native technologies has appointed Mitch Bagan as their new Managed Services Principal in Melbourne.   

Mitch will be instrumental in leading and further developing the Cloud Operations and Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) teams that empower and accelerate organisation’s ability to digitally transform, as opposed to slowing them down, establishing Arinco as the market leader in Microsoft Cloud-Native Managed Services. 

Mitch has a strong background in Service Delivery and IT Operations. He joins Arinco from Deloitte, where he was an Ops Director in their DevOps Engineering Team. Prior to that he was an Operations Manager at Microsoft Azure partner, Mexia, which was acquired by Deloitte in 2018.  

This appointment comes as Arinco continues to build out their Managed Services capability and invest further in redefining what modern operational support and services need to be to make the most of cloud native architecture and technologies. Arinco calls this a CoOps model, believing that partnering and co-operating cloud-native platforms with their customers is the key to success.

Having a solid CoOps partnership with our customers, differentiates us from many traditional Managed Service providers because we are able to embed ourselves in teams and collaborate more effectively to drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on automation at the core.
