Cevo, the born-in-the-cloud AWS Advanced Consulting Partner helping businesses move faster with confidence, has launched its new innovative go-to-market strategy, Cevo Nexus.

Cevo Nexus represents the intersection between Cevo’s expert services and cloud adoption, designed to accelerate cloud journeys, drive business transformation, and offer a defined set of solutions to help organisations overcome their most complex challenges.

Cevo Nexus solutions leverage repeatable mechanisms to accelerate customers’ modernisation, data, optimisation and security initiatives, no matter where they are on their cloud journey. This repeatable approach aims to streamline common IT processes, minimise costs and improve quality by leveraging proven methodologies. The suite of solutions includes ‘Launch,’ the establishment of a well-architected AWS landing zone, ‘Insights,’ the implementation of scalable data platforms to automate data, analytics and AI, unlocking valuable insights, ‘Optimise’, the establishment of a best practice-aligned set of guardrails for operation in the cloud, and ‘Co-Ops,’ an end-to-end managed IT service with a modern delivery approach.

This strategic initiative marks a significant advancement for Cevo as it restructures into three core practices: Modernisation, Data and AI, and Advisory. This is a shift from the previous alignment around the capabilities of migration, DevOps, cloud native, data engineering and managed services.

The new strategy was unveiled during three AWS roadshows across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane in October, where the introduction of Cevo’s expanded capability areas was met with success.

Cevo Nexus represents a pivotal moment in our go-to-market strategy, exemplified by the successful reception at our recent AWS roadshows. With our reorganised practices and repeatable solutions, we're better positioned to meet the evolving needs of our customers, particularly in industries like financial services, retail, utilities, and the public sector. Our commitment to AWS ensures that we can continue providing high-quality services to help businesses navigate their cloud journeys faster, and with confidence.

This announcement also follows Cevo’s recent appointment of Allison Howells as the Data and AI Practice Lead, and Sean Hooper as the Modernisation Practice Lead.

Cevo Nexus strongly aligns with current market demands, as many organisations embarking on their cloud migration journey seek opportunities to modernise, optimise, and harness the advantages offered by cloud technology.

At Cevo, we're driving innovation by leveraging our technical expertise to unlock the true potential of advanced cloud technologies. With Cevo Nexus, we are focusing on tailored solutions that incorporate artificial intelligence and robust security controls to ensure our customers are empowered in their cloud adoption. This strategy marks a significant step forward in enhancing our capabilities to meet the evolving demands of our customers in both the commercial and public sectors.
